Programme

09:00 - 09:25 Arrival and refreshments

09:30 - 09:45 Conference Welcome

09:45 - 10:45 Keynote -  Reigniting Passion and Purpose: Empowering Educators to Lead with Authenticity - Kamal Ellis-Hyman, Aim A Little Higher. In today's fast-paced and pressure-filled educational environment, it's easy to lose sight of the passion and mission that first drew you to work in education. This session will provide you with the tools and inspiration to reignite your original drive and purpose. We'll acknowledge the increasing responsibilities that come with the role, and challenge you to avoid falling into the 'just another' trap, where you lose sight of your unique impact. By introducing the concept of 'Brand Thinking,' we will help you develop a distinctive approach that reflects your personal strengths and values. This session will also offer opportunities to foster connections with fellow attendees.
