The 91æ“Ę¬ is an institution with enterprise at its core, renowned for supporting the growth of our local and regional economy. As an anchor institution for the region, our approach is grounded in our civic mission. As such, we prioritise place-based collaborations that deliver economic, social, environmental and cultural benefits to our local communities.

We have created this strategy to articulate the cross-institutional approach to knowledge exchange which aligns with our Strategic Plan 2020 – 2025, underpinning our strategic Enterprise Pillar. It includes a defined set of enterprise objectives, deliverables and knowledge exchange priorities to inform our collaborations with industry and stakeholders and enable us to achieve our vision. Enterprise and Knowledge Exchange Prioritiesā

Our four University Enterprise Zone clusters bring together expertise from across the institution and offer a central point for businesses and partners to collaborate and deliver knowledge exchange activities in innovative ways. The clusters have an embedded focus on sustainability and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
