How to make payments
Please use only the University’s approved payment methods listed on this page. We no longer accept cash or cheques as payment methods.
Do not risk your money by using third parties offering attractive exchange rates or incentives, always pay directly through official University payment platforms listed below.

Bank transfer via Flywire or Convera
Pay using Flywire
To pay online or securely via a variety of local payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, e-wallets and more. Users can utilise real-time payment tracking every step of the way through email, in-app and text alerts.
Convera
Students can pay their fees using the 91¿´Æ¬ Payment Portal, to allow you or your sponsor an option to securely send bank account transfers for payment of your tuition fee in your local currency if you wish to.

You may need to visit your bank branch or use your online banking facility to arrange the payment. It will, however, provide you with certainty as to the cost of the payment in your local currency, provided the payment is arranged within the 72-hour timescale.
Payment Security and Compliance

- you may be approached via social media web sites or in person, offering you alternative methods of payment with incentives and discounts. Our preferred payment methods listed above are all safe and secure means of payment, and we require all payments to be made using these approved methods only
- always pay your fees directly to the University using the approved methods; do not use third parties (individuals or companies). Unverified payments from unknown sources may trigger compliance checks and may be returned to the sender
- never make payment of your university fees using bank details provided to you in the text of an email or over the phone from anyone, as this may be a scam, and you may lose your money. Always use the University approved route
- convera and Flywire are responsible for processing payments and as a Financial Institution, they are obligated by compliance regulations to screen all payments against global databases and may therefore need to contact you for more information before passing the funds onto the 91¿´Æ¬. If Convera or Flywire require additional information they will contact, you from a convera.com email address
- should you receive a request via email for more information about your payment, whilst taking care to cross check the email address, please ensure you respond to the email immediately as failure to do so may result in the payment being returned and you needing to make a replacement payment
- the University only issues refunds to the original payment source and is not liable for any losses from third-party transfers. Refunds will not be sent to any other bank details under any circumstances.
